Reid Landry Garrant was a 22 year old young man who graduated from Pentucket Regional High School in 2014. He played Varsity Football & Lacrosse there and went on to play football for The University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. During high school he grew up in the West Newbury and Merrimac area. Reid was well-loved by his family, Pentucket family,Umass D family, friends & peers. On June 1st 2018, only a few short months ago, Reid passed away from Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia or APML/APL-a cancer of the white blood cells, after only being diagnosed the previous day from Dana Farber Cancer Institute doctors. Hello Everyone Reid’s Night of Giving is officially postponed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We will be moving this years efforts online with a campaign beginning on June 12th for Reid’s 2nd Angelversary This is heartbreaking, as people don’t stop getting Leukemia/blood cancer, just because Coronavirus is reeking havoc...Dana Farber is full of people receiving treatments for cancer So again, our efforts will be in the form of a Go Fund Me Campaign. We look forward to next June 11th, 2021 (save the date now) to have the next full-scale Reid’s Night of Giving. In one month when we begin, we ask that you share and ask your family and friends to participate...no donation is too small...Together, we can help other families in Reid’s name during these difficult times
